What we collect, and why.
Short and in plain English. Effective 15 July 2026.
Who we are
Melarex is an AI engineering studio. This policy covers the website melarex.com. Contact for anything in this policy: arman.ghavami.w@gmail.com.
What we collect
Booking details. When you book a call, scheduling runs on Calendly. Calendly collects the details you type in (name, email, and your answers) and shares them with us so we can run the call. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to that processing.
Advertising measurement. We use the Meta Pixel to measure whether our ads lead to booked calls. It sets cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc), and we store the ad click reference (fbclid) and campaign tags in your browser's local storage for up to 90 days. The events we send to Meta are page views and booking confirmations. We do not send Meta the content of your booking answers.
Hosting logs. The site is served by Vercel, which keeps standard technical logs (IP address, request time) to run the service.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not run analytics beyond the ad measurement above. We do not send marketing email to people who booked a call unless they ask for it.
Who we share data with
Only the processors named above: Calendly (scheduling), Meta Platforms (ad measurement), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data under its own terms on our behalf.
Your choices
You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser at any time. You can control how Meta uses data for ads at facebook.com/adpreferences. Email us to access, correct, or delete anything we hold about you and we will do it.
